Section 1

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

"Player" / "User" / "you"	Any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or otherwise uses the bdgel platform, whether or not a financial transaction has been made.
"Account"	The registered user profile created by a Player on the bdgel platform, through which the Player accesses games, places bets, deposits and withdraws funds, and manages personal settings.
"Services"	All products, features, and functionalities offered by bdgel, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, slots, sports betting, promotions, and customer support.
"Bonus" / "Promotion"	Any free credit, matched deposit offer, free spin award, cashback arrangement, loyalty reward, or other promotional benefit offered by bdgel to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process through which bdgel confirms that a Player is who they claim to be and meets the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
"BDT"	Bangladeshi Taka — the sole currency in which all financial transactions on the bdgel platform are conducted.
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) must be staked before any winnings derived from that Bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country, territory, or region from which Players are not permitted to access or use the bdgel platform, as determined by bdgel at its sole discretion and updated from time to time.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bdgel. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

bdgel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at bdgel.net/terms-conditions and will carry the effective date at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes — such as alterations to withdrawal procedures, bonus eligibility criteria, or account closure policies — will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account where reasonably practicable.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative and binding version for all purposes. Any translation provided for convenience does not form part of the binding agreement and, in the event of any conflict, the English text shall prevail.

Section 3

Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bdgel platform is strictly restricted to adults aged 18 years and above. Registration and use of the platform by any person under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited, regardless of the age of majority in any other jurisdiction or context. This restriction applies without exception to all Services, including free-play or demo modes where available.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, the following eligibility conditions must be met before a Player may register and use the bdgel platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain so throughout the duration of your account.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you as an individual under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of bdgel, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from bdgel's compliance team.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme — whether administered by bdgel or any third-party responsible gambling organisation — that covers the categories of gambling offered on the platform.
• You must not have had a previous bdgel account closed for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse.
• You must be registering in your own true name and with accurate personal information. Registration using a false identity or on behalf of another person is prohibited.

bdgel enforces age and identity verification through a mandatory KYC process. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal, and bdgel may request KYC documents at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of deposit, or when a withdrawal request is submitted. Accepted identity documents include National Identity Cards (NID), valid passports, and other government-issued photo identification valid in Bangladesh.

Where bdgel has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 18 years of age, bdgel will immediately suspend the account, withhold any funds pending investigation, and permanently close the account if the suspicion is confirmed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment source, and any winnings accumulated will be forfeited in their entirety.

Section 4

Account Registration

To access the full range of bdgel Services, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided at registration and subsequently updated is truthful and accurate.

Each individual may hold only one registered bdgel account. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether identified through the same name, mobile number, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, bdgel reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets and transactions made across those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from re-registering.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. bdgel strongly recommends using a unique, strong password not used on any other platform. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, and you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bdgel support immediately via the live chat function available from within your account panel.

• Accounts may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to any third party under any circumstances.
• bdgel reserves the right to decline a registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Players must keep their registered contact details — including mobile number and email address — current and accurate. Failure to do so may result in inability to receive important account communications or to complete withdrawal verification.
• Accounts that remain completely inactive (no login, no transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bdgel will make reasonable efforts to contact dormant account holders before any administrative fee is applied.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdgel platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdgel does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not conduct currency conversion on behalf of Players. The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdgel account within 90 seconds of a successful mobile wallet transaction confirmation.
• bdgel does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bdgel accepts no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your bdgel account may only be used for placing bets and playing casino games on the platform. Deposits may not be used as a mechanism for currency transfer or money exchange.
• bdgel reserves the right to decline or reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per transaction may apply and are communicated within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical and operational constraints. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC will have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 24 hours, depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests at the time. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• bdgel reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is large, the account history is unusual, or where anti-money-laundering obligations require it. Such checks may extend processing time.
• Any withdrawal found to have been funded by Bonus credit that has not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be reduced accordingly or declined until the requirement is met.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

bdgel offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by specific terms that will be published alongside the offer. Players must read and accept the individual promotion terms before opting in.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions offered on the bdgel platform unless explicitly overridden in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). Until the wagering requirement is fully met, bonus-derived funds are not eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates (e.g., 10%–20%) or may not contribute at all. The contribution schedule for each promotion is published in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within a specified period (commonly 7 or 30 days) from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. bdgel reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion without being required to provide a reason. Players who are found to have abused promotions historically — including through multi-accounting, reverse-bonus exploitation, or deliberately low-risk staking to extract bonus value — may be permanently excluded from future promotions.
• No Cash Alternative: Bonus offers have no cash alternative and may not be exchanged for real money except through the completion of applicable wagering requirements.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: When a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is ৳500 (or the equivalent stake for sports bets), unless the specific promotion states a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may be voided and the associated bonus forfeited.

bdgel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Promotional credits may only be used on the bdgel platform and have no value outside it.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bdgel platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and fair manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false identity information, using a stolen or unauthorised payment method, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, or engaging in any other form of financial fraud against bdgel or other Players.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on the bdgel platform, whether under the same identity or a falsified identity, for any purpose whatsoever.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through techniques such as matched betting across multiple accounts, staking patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gambling intent, or any other form of systematic bonus abuse.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other Players in casino games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker-style games, signal sharing, or agreed outcomes in any game format.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game or betting market without the express written permission of bdgel.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of software bugs, platform errors, obvious pricing mistakes in odds, or technical malfunctions. Any winnings arising from such exploitation will be voided.
• Illegal Use: Using the bdgel platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable Bangladesh law or the laws of any jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward bdgel staff or other Players, including via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access areas of the platform, other Players' accounts, bdgel's back-end systems, or any data to which you are not authorised, through any means including hacking, phishing, or social engineering.

bdgel employs a range of technical, analytical, and human review measures to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, bdgel may take any of the following actions without prior notice: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, reversal of all transactions related to the breach, and reporting to law enforcement or relevant financial authorities where legally required.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary closure: You may close your bdgel account at any time by contacting customer support via the live chat function available from within your account panel. Before an account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion and any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Voluntary account closure requests are typically processed within 2 business days.

Closure for responsible gaming: If you wish to close your account due to concerns about your gambling behaviour, bdgel strongly recommends using the self-exclusion feature before or instead of simple account closure. Self-exclusion prevents re-registration for a specified period and is a more robust protective measure. See the Responsible Gaming page for full details on self-exclusion options.

Involuntary suspension or closure by bdgel: bdgel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without liability to the Player, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or provision of false KYC documentation.
• Discovery that the Player is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that the Player is registered on a self-exclusion programme covering the type of gambling offered on the platform.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution linked to the Player's account.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require bdgel to terminate the account.

Upon involuntary closure for breach of these Terms, bdgel reserves the right to retain any funds in the account as damages or in satisfaction of any financial loss caused by the breach. Where a closure is for KYC failure, funds may be held pending successful verification. Where a closure is for any other reason at bdgel's discretion and no breach has occurred, any real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

bdgel's decisions with respect to account closure and fund forfeiture are final and binding, subject to the internal dispute resolution process available through bdgel customer support. All decisions are made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.
